Samuel Ashton’s music has been described as “Deliciously Soulful” by the BBC’s Leo Ulph and as “A celebration of pure, unfiltered soul and passion” by Black Deer Live

Samuel and the band are currently back in the studio working with Grammy-winning engineer Ian Dowling on their new album.

Samuel’s soul voice and classic RnB sound have seen him sell out shows across the UK and make waves with over 500k streams on Spotify and radio play on the BBC, throughout Europe, the United States and Australia.

Cene Magazine’s Joe Bill writes “Blessed with soaring vocals that feel like a warm jumper keeping you safe from the cold”; backed up by his accomplished band, The Instincts, 2025 promises to see them set stages alight with their captivating live performances.

Matt Appleby

Matt Appleby is a singer song writer from Kent. The way I started out was being in a couple of different bands when I was young just as a singer, then I found myself annoyed by the music that was being given to me to sing.

so I soon took up playing guitar and this gave me the freedom to create and sing whatever I wanted. since then I have never put my guitar down.

I soon started playing gig around the Kent area and met a production company called Mandem Productions these guys produce there own music and i have been involved in some of there tracks which you will find on my sound cloud.

Really my heart lays on a acoustic guitar! I released my EP back in 2016 and been writing and gigging more again this year.

Stardumb

A bit about me: I’m a 19 year old songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Kent, I go by ‘stardumb’! I’ve been writing music properly for about 9+ years now. I’m inspired by artists like scruffpuppie, searows and The Howl And The Hum. I play guitar, bass, piano, drums and sing! I’ve played for Breaking Sounds in London and performed at Ramsgate Music Hall a few times, along with regular performances at a local venue with my college.
